I am getting ready to leave my current position as a Technology Coordinator and Programming teacher at Chaparral Star Academy. I have created what one of the administrators has called the “Tech Bible” to help them after I leave. It has a lot of simple basics for the administrator’s to use while they hire a new Managed Service Provider (MSP). This includes administrator logins, wifi setups, and other basics. I set it up so a teacher or administrator who doesn’t have much IT knowledge could do everything, at least that is what I hope. I have helped guide a couple of administrators to do the basic tasks (creating student accounts, checking Chromebooks in and out, creating teacher accounts, etc). In the little booklet I created there is a lot of network stuff/confidential stuff that I have had to basically blank out for posting (a lot of system administrators have asked to take a look at it). Hopefully it might help out another admin. I have been adding to it since I created it, I think this is the 4th version. If you have any input or suggestions, just let me know. Thanks!
