It wad DBAN’d before I reinstalled ME, which didn’t help with the driver issues since it was a clean ME.
For those who have had no problems with ME, more power to you. I have messed with it 3 times, once on my own PC, once with a professors, and this guy. All 3 have had horrific video issues and multiple driver problems. This one the keyboard randomly doesn’t work? It might be USB issue, but it seems to actually be not recognized (hooking up PS2 today).
I will put images of the retro stuff in my classroom, maybe a separate post?
I haven’t told the students how horrific it has been for me previously, it is to show them various OS’s. I have this, a 95, a 98, putting together a Win2k, Raspberry Pi’s with various Linux versions on them, Server 2003 and 2008 that they use in my web design courses. Sorry for the ME hatred, surprised by its support (glad it worked for some!)
